Questions Welcome – Online and Offline

In a constant effort of maintaining the high level of transparency, the Programme is keeping all the communication channels wide open, with frequently adding some new ones. All the questions and inquiries about any aspect of the Programme, and especially the First Call for Proposals  are welcome.

With the First Call for Proposals  recently launched, the Programme expects an influx of enquiries related to it from potential beneficiaries, new partnerships and the experienced applicants the like. In order to provide accurate and relevant information as efficiently as possible, the Programme is continuously expanding its communication resources and tools, trying to satisfy all the potential beneficiaries' communication needs.

The Programme website, as a primary communication tool, was expanded with a Partner Search Module, which is now active, and a Frequently Asked Questions  section, which will grow as new enquiries flow into the Programme via email, phone or personal consultations. The new trilingual leaflet,  with all the general information about the Programme, available resources, areas of intervention and potential beneficiaries has been made available for download as well.

Trying to increase the Programme's presence in and direct communication with the community it serves, the Programme set up its Facebook and Twitter accounts, providing an additional tool both for sharing the latest and most relevant news and receiving inputs and enquiries from the beneficiaries of the Programme and the general public.

Clear communication and relevant information are key ingredients of any partnership and a prerequisite for good quality projects and the Programme is putting a special effort in providing support in this field providing tools and resources to the potential applicants in all the available ways.
