JS Road Show 2016

Providing support to the applicants of the First Call for Proposals, during the first half of April the Programme will be organising as many as seven Information Day workshops, with four of them including a Partner Search event as well.

Looking to bring the information about the funding possibilities within the Programme as close to the potential beneficiaries as possible, the Joint Secretariat (JS) will be organising a series of workshops presenting the details of the First Call for Proposals to as wide  a circle of potential applicants as possible in the seven border counties.

In an effort of engaging the local communities and widen the range of programme beneficiaries as much as possible, the Information Days, scheduled for the first half of April, will be held in  the  border counties according to the following provisional schedule:

  • 4 April: Baranya (HU),
  • 5 April: in Osječko-baranjska (HR) covering also Vukovarsko-srijemska,
  • 6 April: Virovitičko-podravska (HR) covering also Požeško-slavonska ,
  • 11 April: Somogy (HU),
  • 12 April: Koprivničko-križevačka (HR), covering also Bjelovarsko-bilogarska,

The final schedule with the indicated venues and timing will be published soon on the Programme website www.huhr-cbc.com and http://www.huhr-cbc.com/en/list-of-call-for-proposals.

In order to encourage the formation of good project partnerships and support the on-the-spot generation of new project ideas, the morning Information Day workshops will be paired with afternoon partner search events in four of the venues, each focusing on the supported thematic fields and covering geographically the western and the eastern part of the Programme area. Beneficiaries searching for partners for projects in the field of Tourism and Environment / Nature Protection should therefore visit the workshops in Baranya (HU) or in Koprivničko-križevačka (HR) while those interested in priorities Cooperation and Education should make their way to Virovitičko-podravska (HR) or Somogy (HU).

All the latest details about the exact venues and programmes of the individual events will be available via the Programme website  (www.huhr-cbc.com and http://www.huhr-cbc.com/en/list-of-call-for-proposals) as the dates approach.
