Talent, like all other phenomena, requires to be managed. Many programs are designed to manage manpower talents in business and service sectors, but not a clear program exists for managing students’ talents in schools. This project intended to elaborate and implement a program for personality development as an innovative element through identification (talent-measuring tools), testing and support (study groups) provided to gifted students. It strengthened teacher capacity for recognizing talented students (workshops) and developed a bilingual e-manual on the personality development methodology and sessions held in joint student camps and extracurricular activities.
