As part of this project the Drava-Danube Visitors Centre is being established by the construction  of an innovative floating building on the Drava river bank in Osijek, which will serve as an exhibition point for the natural and cultural heritage of the two rivers. The centre will salso become the starting point of sightseeing tours and canoe and boat trips down the rivers, and will be equipped for bird and animal watching and display thematic photoexhibitions dedicated to the animal world by the rivers.The buildings in the protected cultural heritage area of Zlatna Greda were partially rebuilt and the surrounding area was replanted with only endemic and local species, while a hiking path was established in the nearby village, focusing on the wildlife represented on the information boards and other installations together with information about the specific steppe habitat found in the area of the town of Bilje. To complete the cross-border tourism destination, the visitor's centre in Tettye, part of the Danube-Drava National Park and their Arboretum was renovated. Within the project several joint promotional activities took place, including festivals, workshops, study tours and other promotional activities introducing the newly established atractions to the locals as well as visitors to the area.
