The two largest higher education institutions from the region built on years of previous cooperation to implement a joint project focusing on the development of a joint post-graduate programme based on basic medical sciences, one which was previously missing.
Through joint efforts nine different fields were cvered to elaborate joint curricula for nine different subjects. The materials were translated and made available in three languages through the joint online-learning platform, also developed within the project, and will serve as an educational tool for both graduate and post-graduate programmes offered by the two universities.
During the 16-month-long implementation, the universities piloted laboratory trainings as well, using the equipment purchased within the project.
