ArtCo 2025

Jointly organised by the Széchenyi Programme Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, ArtCo 2025 will gather around 150 experts, programme managers, policymakers and researchers from across Europe to discuss the future of Interreg and European Territorial Cooperation.

Building on the success of the 2023 and 2024 editions, this year’s conference will take a more focused, in-depth format, encouraging open dialogue and strategic exchange among practitioners and institutions shaping the post-2027 landscape.

ArtCo 2025 will explore key questions around:

  • The challenges and opportunities of the 2028–2034 programming period
  • The role of Interreg in overcoming cross-border legal and administrative barriers
  • Capitalisation and how project results can create long-term policy and investment impact
  • Interreg’s contribution to capacity building of accession countries
  • In addition to plenary presentations, the two-day programme will feature targeted workshops designed to foster practical exchanges and forward-looking insights.
