Before the start of reporting, beneficiaries will receive instructions and basic training for the use of the electronic monitoring system and have all the necessary information made available to them via the Programme communication channels. In the interest of smooth and fast information flow Lead Beneficiaries are advised to make sure that all provided contacts, both on beneficiary and project level, are correct and up to date, and to inform their designated JS Programme Manager in case of any changes.
